Cancellation Policy, Refunds and Code of Conduct

We will most likely require a vaccine passport at the time of this event. Ticket holders, exhibitors, and staff will all be required to have proof of vaccination. This is not necessarily our stance as a company but if we wish to move forward with events and survive we see no other option than to mandate vaccination.

 

Note: Should restrictions, and COVID numbers be low or non-existent at the time of the event we may lift the mandatory vaccination.

Updates on restrictions will be posted as we get closer to the event day.

Exhibitor Refunds - In the event of a postponement, 100% of sales will be move to the next event date automatically. If you are unable to join us on the new selected date we will refund 90% of the purchase-less fees. Once we are 14 days out from the event sales are final and non-refundable unless we cancel the event, read below.

Exhibitor note: Once we are 14days out from the event start date, In the unlikely occurrence that cancellation occurs during this time 50% off all sales will be refundable, or 70% can be transferred to the new date.

Delegate Cancellations

 

Due to the nature of our business (which includes deadlines and associated deposits to be paid internally), delegate passes are partially non-refundable and/or non-refundable.

  • We can refund up to 90% of your delegate purchases within 30 days of purchase, after 30days OR within 30days of the event your delegate pass is non-refundable

Exhibitor Cancellations

Due to the nature of our business (which includes deadlines and associated deposits to be paid internally), exhibitor purchases are partially non-refundable and/or non-refundable.

Event Cancellations

  • We can refund up to 90% of your purchases within 30 days of purchase, after 30days OR within 30days of the event your purchase is non-refundable

**In most cases we will do our best to postpone the event to an acceptable alternate date, once the cancellation issue is resolved.

Mission Statement of HFC Productions Inc.

 

The Summit brings together professionals and participants in the cannabis industry. The conference committee encourages delegates to meet other delegates with the goal of forming a strong community based on information sharing, to strengthen the industry.

 

  • Unsolicited sales are not welcome

  • Be professional in your conduct and respect delegates, speakers, staff and event organizers

  • Exhibitor behaviour should be aligned with the HFC Productions' values during the conference

  • Harassment of any kind, will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without refund 

  • Feedback on the event has indicated that delegates want the absence of strong sales pitches, so they can focus on the educational component of the conference

  • Please report inappropriate behaviour to event organizers

  • Exhibitor involvement is understood to mean financial support of the event

  • Respect the integrity and credibility of the HFC Productions' team and its members

  • Refrain from using privileged access to the HFC Productions' members and extended community for un-invited sales & marketing activity
